Congolese referee Jean-Jacques Ndala has been appointed by CAF to officiate the primary leg of the Confederation Cup between Younger Africans of Tanzania and Union Sportive de la Medina d’Alger of Algeria.
Jean-Jacques Ndala can be assisted by his compatriot Olivier Safari and South African Zakele Thusi.
